Robin serves as the Managing Director of Orlando, Florida based NAI Realvest, responsible for the brokerage operations and supervising the twenty-nine sales and leasing team members along with support staff. A top rated firm in Central Florida, NAI Realvest is a member of the NAI Global group with over 400 offices and inexcess of 5,000 professionals throughout the world. Robin joined the organization as Managing Director in January of 2013 and became a principal in the firm in July of 2013.

Having joined CBC NRT in 1991, Robin was previously the Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, responsible for directing the operations throughout Florida. With over 30 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, his personal closed sales volume has exceeded one billion dollars. Robin has been ranked in the Top 5 Investment Brokers in Central Florida by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society and the top producer in the Southern Region by Prudential Real Estate Services, a former affiliate. In addition to being a CCIM, Webb is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Hotel Broker (CHB) and a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) with over three decades of operations experience. As veteran Consultant and Litigation supporter, Webb serves as expert in both state and federal courts and as a court-appointed receiver.

Dedicated to industry service, in 1997 Robin Webb was president of the Florida CCIM Chapter and the 400 member Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors. He was a recipient of the 1999 Hank Thompson Award for outstanding contribution to the Florida CCIM Chapter and in 1999 Florida Realtor Commercial Council Chairman. In 2002 Webb was presented with the Wilbur Strickland Award for lifetime contribution to Commercial Real Estate and was named Vice President of Finance for CCIM Institute. Robin is serving on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute as well as a Director of CCIM Technologies, Inc. and the president of the 501c (3) CCIM Foundation.
