Ken Moyle joined DocuSign in 2006 and serves as DocuSign's Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs. Ken brings more than 20 years of experience to his role at DocuSign. Equally comfortable in the court room and the board room, Ken's background positions him well to advise DocuSign leadership in business opportunities, while ensuring that DocuSign and its products are ahead of government and regulatory trends, so that customers can DocuSign in confidence.
Ken represents DocuSign on the board of directors of the Washington, D.C.-based Electronic Signatures and Records Association (ESRA) and is chairman of ESRA's Public Policy Committee. Ken frequently advises government agencies, lawmakers and industry executives on electronic signatures and records.
Prior to DocuSign, Ken served as general counsel and secretary at Insightful Corporation, corporate counsel at Askme Corporation and held a variety of advisory roles at Onyx Software. Ken was also principal of CTI TeleBusiness Solutions. Ken holds a JD from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Washington Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
